Account Holder, acting on its own behalf or acknowledged as acting on behalf of another Person, that is identified by the Capturiant Registry as having the power to avail itself of substantially all the benefit of an Asset, and the exclusive power to (i) prevent others from availing themselves of substantially all the benefit from the Asset and (ii) transfer control of the Asset to another Person; and which Account Holder is enabled by the Capturiant Platform to exercise such powers.
