LOSSES

Collectively, all losses (including any decrease in the value of the Assets, whether or not realized), liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, any amounts paid in settlement or compromise and any fees and costs of counsel and experts, incurred in connection with any proceedings, actions, claims or demands. For the avoidance of doubt, Losses include, and are not limited to, any Losses arising out of or related to:(i) any inaccuracy, error, or delay in or omission of any data, information, or Service, or the transmission or delivery of any data, information, or Service;(ii) any interruption of any such data, information, or service (whether or not caused by such Indemnified Party); or (iii) any financial, business, commercial or other judgment, decision, act or omission based upon or related to the information or the Platform.
