The Senior Internal Reviewer must be an active Project Expert who is designated on the NOCA/COI Form, is listed in the Acknowledgement and Agreement form, and has successfully completed Project Expert training. The Senior Internal Reviewer must remain independent of all confirmation activities; perform a final quality assurance review on the project data, the Confirmation Report, and the List of Findings; and sign the Confirmation Statement attesting to the accuracy of reported data.
