Prior to the kick-off meeting, the verification team shall develop an initial verification plan outlining the scope and nature of verification activities to be conducted for the specific project. In developing this plan, it shall consider the key requirements and objectives of the project developer, compliance with the relevant Reserve protocol, the information to be reported to the Reserve, and the verification team members’ capabilities and sector competencies.
