To provide flexibility for project developers in instances where verification is not practical or economical for a specific reporting period/verification period, developers of projects other than forest and urban forest projects may choose to delay verification on the condition that they acknowledge no CRTs will be issued for any period of time that falls outside the standard window for completing verification of project information and monitoring data.
