List of Findings containing both immaterial and material findings. The List of Findings is a private document that details all material and immaterial findings identified by the verification team throughout the verification. These findings shall be distinguished by materiality and whether they were qualitative non-conformances or quantitative misstatements. The List of Findings should also include opportunities for improvement (OFIs) to help the project developer streamline future verifications.
